Cooking Class registration

Spring sessions;

Four morning sessions on Tuesdays from Sept 3rd until Sept 24th

Four evening sessions on Wednesdays from Sept 4th until Sept 25th

6 people minimum, 10 maximum are required in order for the classes to go ahead.

If successful we will run another series mid Summer.

You have two options, please select one.

Morning sessions Tuesdays 10.30 - 1.pm

Evening sessions Wednesdays 6pm - 8.30pm

Fee: $80 per session or $300 for 4.

Fees to be paid in advance in August to confirm. You will be sent an invoice once your booking is confirmed in August.

Do you have any medical condition or allergy that may affect your tasting and or cooking experience? eg Caeliac, strictly Gluten free, Diabetic.

I supply everything! Just bring along a pen and paper if you want to take notes and an appetite for sampling. Please check each session detail to determine if you need to bring a container.

You will be emailed the recipes after each cooking class and you can contact me anytime after the courses have finished if you ever need additional advice.

You may be asked to assist me in some cooking preparation if you are willing.

I encourage open discussion about all things food be it nutritional or political, so lets hope for some lively conversation and lots of laughs whilst we cook!

Foundation Course 1 - a broad overview of the many ingredients you can use in your plant based cooking and more

Session 2 Easy ways to make those plant based recipes and change your lifestyle to suit

Session 3 Wheat free flours, and sensible shopping choices plus the essential condiments

Session 4 The meal plan to suit you and wind up, follow ups.
