Learn to make easy nutritious delicious plant based meals in 20 minutes

The World in a Bowl   Bowl Food is big at my place. It’s easy and once you have the ingredients super quick to put together. Soups to Noodle dishes and lots of the highly wonderful Brown Rice recipes.  We love the Asian bowl recipes especially;  Flavours of Thailand; Laksa, Sri lanka;Sambal, Vietnam,Pho, Bali and Lombok, Japanese; Raman and the many different flavours from China and Korea.

You can trust me - we harvest our own organic certified veges and fruits from our own Frost Pocket Garden when in season.

There are so many ways to get the fantastic flavours of plants into your cooking including plant based humus, sauces and sandwich fillings for the whole family.  We make vegetables and herbs an important part of summer plant based meals. We get to harvest them from our own garden when in season too.

We also work on the pastry options including the Wheat Free and of course the no animal fat pastry.  Crepes! So easy and adaptable for the savoury and the sweet.
