Learn to make easy nutritious delicious plant based meals in 20 minutes

The World in a Bowl   If you think eating out is fancy, prepare to be impressed by the simple and delicious. Bowl Food is big at my place. It’s easy and once you have the ingredients super quick to put together. Soups to Noodle dishes and lots of the highly wonderful Brown Rice recipes.  We love the Asian bowl recipes especially;  Flavours of Thailand; Laksa, Sri lanka;Sambal, Vietnam,Pho, Bali and Lombok, Japanese; Raman and the many different flavours from China and Korea.  Vegan and Vego and Plant based meals with wholewheat are all covered in these classes.  Bowl food is easy. It does not necessarily have a huge list of different components; yet it tastes fantastic.

We do the sourdough starters to the wonderful uses of many alternative grains including polenta and the spreads that make up the difference!  We also work on the pastry options including the Wheat Free and of course the no animal fat pastry.  Crepes! So easy and adaptable for the savoury and the sweet.
